The Return Of Something Worth Saying Podcast

Send us Fan MailIt has been 2 years since the last episode of this podcast was released!!I was truly unsure if I wanted to continue with the podcast bc I was facing many road blocks personally and technologically that made it difficult to move forward.Many people suggested a video podcast as a way to level this show up and I was excited to do just that.  But after months of troubleshooting different ways of  creating a video podcast, I realized that it didn't fit me or the way I create. So.....I repurchased all the gear I had previously sold, and decided to go back to what I LOVED.  My audio podcast where I had heartfelt conversations with all kinds of people. This format offers simple authentic communication of ideas that I feel inspired to share and it feels so good to be back!Many wonderful things have come back into my life I had previously released, and I am rediscovering things that make me happy, so thats where I start.  Coming back to happiness and creating from THAT place. A place that feels comfortable, but not completely familiar. I hope you decide to come along for this continued journey! As far as content, it is my hope to continue to cover spiritual and wellness topics that are familiar but look at and discuss them from a different angle. I want to dive even deeper, and speak directly as I feel there is still a lack of good honest commentary on the spiritual journey, and how much it can TRULY suck.  How do you move through those REALLY dark days? Why am I here? My soul is tired....What does that even mean? Why does the life that we are fed to want not feel good to me? Why does this weird thing or person light me up in a way I can't even make sense of? These are the kinds of questions I want to explore with beautiful friends known, and not yet known.
