Today I am joined with Andrew and we have a catch up, Andrew was last on the podcast late 2020 where the episode was published early 2021, as we say this is a series all about reunions. We talk about the workplace and giving Autistic people job opportunities , Andrew and the Independence project have done lots since the last episode Andrew was in, later on in the episode we are joined some other people from the Independence Project, they talk about different things they do and the community!  The Independence, they been to a quite a lot of events too! MasterChef and the Chase being some and football games!  A great episode With Andrew and some of the Independence Project team we say in the line of work, it's important that the employer has the patience and understanding of saying what they employee needs to do a couple of times, for some Autistic people it does take time to process.  Great episode this one, Thank you again Andrew and some of the team!  Enjoy everyone!
