GO FORWARD CONFERENCE|| DEC 2024| DAY 14 (part b) | EMBRACING THE MOVES OF GOD | CHIMDI OHAHUNA   Welcome to this episode of the "Go Forward Conference”." This year, our focus has been on the profound understanding of the divine movements on earth. Our focus is on the four major moves of God, with three already accomplished, the fourth in progress, and the last one yet to come. We explore how these movements align with God's purpose and agenda, specifically aimed at reconciling men to Christ.   Our anchor scripture, Deuteronomy 2:24, encourages us to "rise up, take your journey, and pass over the river Arnon. Behold, I have given into thine hand Sihon the Amorite, King of Heshbon, and his land. Begin to possess it and contend with him in battle." We unpack the significance of the phrase "rise up," exploring its meanings: to arise in a hostile sense, to become powerful, and to stand firm. We emphasize the importance of standing in the liberty granted by Christ, free from bondage.   We examine how standing firm involves putting on the whole armor of God for active work, not as a monument. We delve into the multifaceted meanings of "stand," such as maintaining oneself, being established, confirmed, enduring, and persisting. Our focus today is on being established in the revelation of Christ and the Christian faith, a crucial aspect in these times, as highlighted in Hebrews 13:9.   We address the dangers of diverse and strange doctrines, as forewarned in the scriptures, identifying false prophets, teachers, and the Antichrist. We emphasize that a strange doctrine is anything that strays your heart away from grace, which is central to true faith. Justified by faith, we have peace with God, and anything that deviates from salvation by grace through faith is a doctrine to be wary of.   We stress the importance of focusing on Christ and His finished work, warning against doctrines that complicate Jesus and scatter our understanding of Him. The holistic revelation of Christ is achieved when He is revealed in all we do, as Apostle Paul urged us to do everything for the glory of the Lord.   This teaching also unveils the significance of grace, which empowers us to live beyond our immediate desires and comforts. Grace stretches and constrains us, making us develop ourselves and forfeit the present for a future aligned with God's will. It calls us to study the Word of God diligently and beware of teachings that do not reveal the fullness of God's grace.   Finally, we explore the cry of the church today—whether it is driven by immediate desires or a genuine yearning to touch and feel Jesus. The call to rise up is essentially a call to be established in the revelation of Christ, making Him known in simplicity and truth.   Join us as we journey through these profound teachings, establishing ourselves firmly in the grace and knowledge of Christ, and moving forward with the divine agenda of reconciling men to God.   Grace to you!   Jesus is Lord.
