NBA Hall of Famer Rick Barry and award winning journalist Cyrus Saatsaz discuss the ramifications of the NBA suspending all games and what's next for the great game of basketball and the world. They played sound from Stephen A. Smith being critical of Rudy Gobert and how a lack of taking the pandemic seriously potentially led to a transmission to his teammates, including Donovan Mitchell. With the season potentially over, Rick and Cyrus reviewed the potential playoff seedings and predicted who would win their respected matchups in the postseason. Cyrus congratulated the Golden State Warriors for potentially clinching the worst record in the NBA and put Rick on the 24 second shot clock asking him who the Warriors should draft with their lottery pick. With the uncertainty of the regular season, the crew announced their award winners, with Rick and Cyrus awarding MVP to Giannis Antetokounmpo, Rookie of the Year to Ja Morant, Coach of the Year to Erik Spoelstra, and Cyrus awarded Gobert Defensive Player of the Year for literally shutting down the entire NBA. Sound from the Draymond Green-Charles Barkley feud was played, with plenty of laughs from the large personalities clashing.
