The Right Has a Young White Male Problem

Jacob Savage's viral Compact article, 'The Lost Generation', explained how DEI policies disproportionately excluded young Millennial and Gen Z white men from corporations, academia, and media, while older white men kept their positions of power and status. The same pattern is now happening on the British right. Why does Britain have an abundance of young talent but so few under-30s in institutions?  The establishment can't articulate a positive vision and provide an appropriate role for young white men in politics and society. This can't go on. Our elders should try to understand and encourage exuberant young right-wingers, rather than ostracise and cancel them.
