The Righteousness that Speaks

Text: Romans 10:5-9. There is a kind of righteousness that Moses writes about which pronounces a curse on sinners, and there is a kind of righteousness that speaks to the heart which gives life. What is this righteousness that "speaks"? How does it speak and what is its critical message? Must we ascend to the heights and descend to the depths to find salvation or has God done something for us to bring salvation near? "The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart."
