Happy Humpday! Today's episode is not what I planned but I thought worth getting into for a moment. My mental health as part of my overall health. I discuss in part my progress in therapy since starting a few months ago. My weekend getaway and why I chose to keep my "session" last Friday, my birthday. A text asking would I be celebrating the "5th anniversary" of my wife death. Perhaps,mental health when your older is a subject worth exploring this month. We'll see. But for now... a text made me switch gears this week. Come let's talk.
