My health and wellness journey started at 14 years old weighing in at 260 lbs. After aggressively getting the weight off, I develop bulimia and have struggled with it ever since. I yo-yo dieted for years until I found keto in 2017. In 2018 I prepped for my first natural body building competition and placed 3rd in overall novice. I am currently working with Keto Savage (Robert Sikes) with his keto brick and live savage apparel brands and I am a 1 on 1 nutrition coach.
