In this episode we talk to Sarah English about her personal experience of burnout and recovery from burnout. We look at how to recognise the stages of burnout you may be at and practical strategies to support recovery. Sarah is a senior Occupational Therapist who specialises in paediatrics. She is currently practicing within a private trauma based service for children in residential care in Ireland, informed by a neurosequential and developmentally sensitive approach. Sarah is founder of Flourish Yoga and Flourish kids, an Occupational Therapist led yoga service based in the community. Flourish kids specialises in sensory processing yoga informed by the theory of Sensory Processing, Occupational Therapy and child-led play. Sarah is passionate about the mind-body connection, sensory regulation and believes the body keeps the score.
