The Role of Government According to the Bible part 2

What is the role of the government according to the Bible?  This question makes me think of the common meme; "You had one job, and you couldn't even do that!"  The main role of the government according to the Bible is to punish evil and reward good.  And in many places around our nation, they are doing the opposite.  Rioters are being applauded, and the police are insulted and threatened.  Well, in this second study of Romans 13, we dig further into the job of government according to the Bible.   And we answer the question, "What kind of law and order would God have, if He directly wrote laws, and oversaw their enforcement?"
