The Rolling Stones a Brand Not a Band

from Failing Up · host Timothy Mahar

The Rolling Stones one of the greatest rock bands of all time, are still on stage touring? Well really not.  There are only two original members of the band left on stage.  In fact, the band has not had its original members since 1969 when they fired founder Brian Jones. Then came Mick Taylor and Ronnie Wood, Bill Wyman left in 1992 and Charlie Watts sadly passed away in 2021.  Mick Jagger is not only the greatest front man of all time, but he is a great business man.  The Stones put out their best work from 1964-1978.  After that people have paid for the brand. timothymahar.org
