It just means that it's better for the content and quality of this podcast and it's message if we simply offer who the host and his guests are as people with a story, then go-on about our business after that! I caught myself feeling too much like a corporate meeting and not a well-read Black Man with intense life experiences, but still honest compassion for others. That kind of balance is worthwhile to pursue, but sometimes difficult to maintain. Sometimes in the corporate/business environment we can inhibit our natural contributions and delivery because we spend too much time making sure we don't scare anybody. Stand by for some episodes that deal with this exact point... that you have be true to your real self, if your life is ever gonna' make sense in the long run. Just like this show's intro song...
