The four troops of the Blues in 1815.Visit the YouTube version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0WvuVg1vcgcMy name is Martin Aaron, I'm a lecturer at University College London. Since the year 2000 I’ve been building a database of the British army at Waterloo. By compiling original records from the Public Record office and regimental archives, I’ve gathered information about each of the 33,000 British combatants in 1815. This podcast series examines that data. Many thanks to: David Hart, Andrew Baillie, Dan (from The Blues), Josh McMillan, Dominic McBrien, Harry Scott, Richard Agar, Ben Roberts, Matt TaylorSpecial thanks to Lance Corporal of Horse Ted Heath from the Household Cavalry museum and archive for his invaluable assistance in this part of the project.
