The Russian COVID-19 Vaccine(?), Hong Kong's Crackdown Goes International, Trump's TikTok Ban

Second, in a predictable but still shockingly fast development, Hong Kong has used its new National Security Law to issue arrest warrants for 6 pro-democracy activists based in Western countries, including a lobbyist who has been a United States citizen for nearly 25 years.
