That individual also tried to flee, but was detained. Officers say the suspect attempted to discard narcotics during the chase; the drugs were recovered, and the suspect was arrested.CITY WATCHWeather Respite ActivationSacramento County is activating a weather respite site as this cold, foggy system lingers.Starting Thursday at 2 p.m., the Warren E.
