[NEWS]A repeat theft suspect is in custody after a brazen retail theft in Sacramento County.Sheriff’s deputies arrested 33-year-old Anthony Eastman after he allegedly stole merchandise from a Harbor Freight Tools, left the store, then returned and stole more items.Deputies located Eastman nearby with the stolen merchandise and drug paraphernalia.
