[NEWS]A Sacramento jury has convicted Song Landis of first-degree murder in a 2022 shooting along the Marconi Avenue corridor. He faces up to 75 years to life. Sentencing is set for May 8th.In a separate case, 57-year-old Javier Arizmendi has been sentenced to 54 years to life for grooming and sexually assaulting a child he met on Xbox Live.
