Here’s what you need to know.[NEWS]Sacramento firefighters are investigating a house fire in Oak Park after an explosion blew part of the roof off a home Wednesday morning. Debris damaged nearby houses, and several smaller blasts led to evacuations. Crews faced extreme heat, downed power lines, and hazardous conditions inside the home. No injuries were reported.In another incident, deputies arrested 43-year-old Wyatt Tripp after an off-road pursuit near West Brannan Island Road Tuesday afternoon. Investigators say Tripp, who was on probation and wanted on felony warrants, fled on foot after crashing. He was captured with help from air support and K9 units and booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail.[WEATHER]Partly cloudy today with a high near 55 degrees.
