CHP says the crash involved a vehicle striking the center divider. Several lanes were temporarily closed, causing delays in the area before the roadway was cleared and the SigAlert canceled just before 1 p.m. Authorities have not released additional details about injuries.Sacramento County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating after a man in his 40s was found with a gunshot wound to the chest along the 7100 block of Watt Avenue. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is listed in stable condition.
