Armored vehicles, SWAT teams, and crisis negotiators were on scene while officers worked to safely bring a suspect connected to a shooting into custody. Updates are expected as the investigation continues.• City Rebates for Water-Saving Yards — Sacramento residents can learn how to receive up to $3,000 in rebates for converting grass lawns to drought-tolerant landscaping and up to $800 for irrigation upgrades during a free City webinar on March 25.
