Lucia Lynn is a business professional with a servant leader attitude. The name “Lucia” means light, and she absolutely lets her light shine through in her entrepreneurship, volunteering, and community involvement. Advocating for business development, wealth, and professional growth, she is known for her resourcefulness. She is the owner of VSC (Verse Staffing and Consulting, LLC) which assists businesses, organizations, and professionals with staffing, hr consulting, and business improvement solutions. Within VSC, Lucia has founded “The Anchor” a strategic organization created to be an anchor and guide in risky life and business situations, “The Pulse” a lifestyle empowerment company, and other supplemental businesses. Lucia’s passion for effective communication led her to be a public speaker and writer, with experience dating back to her competing and winning in national competitions from grade school to college to professional. Being well-rounded, she has acquired an MBA along with other professional licenses and certifications to complement her purpose and God-given multi-gifts and talents. After realizing people’s lack of Real Estate knowledge, She became a licensed Realtor to genuinely guide people to succeed in their Real Estate endeavors.
