Maira Liriano, associate chief librarian of Schomburg Center's Jean Blackwell Hutson's Research & Reference Division (and the curator of the list), and Brian Jones, NYPL's senior director of reading and engagement, discuss the authors and books featured on the list, and listeners share their favorite books from Black authors.
