Interview with Larry Foster Larry Foster is Vice-President of Education, Compliance and Student Services at Tricoci University of Beauty Culture. Before Tricoci University, he served as Vice-President of Empire Education Group Commissioner for NACCAS. Larry has spent over 25 years in the beauty industry as a Cosmetologist, Esthetician, Massage Therapist, Educator and Spa Owner. Tricoci University was founded in 2004 by beauty industry legend Mario Tricoci, who built a highly successful chain of upscale salons and day spas under the “Mario Tricoci Hair Salon & Day Spa” and “Mario Tricoci, Too” brands. Mario conceived and launched a brand new company, Tricoci University of Beauty Culture, to introduce fresh and innovative cosmetology and beauty school curriculum, providing students with advanced technical skills, ethics, professionalism and leadership values.
