The science behind managing anxiety, trauma, and emotions with EFT (with Theresa Lear Levine)

from SHIFT with Elena Agar · host Elena Agaragimova

In this episode of Shift - Getting out of your comfort zone! - I sit down with Theresa Lear Levine - EFT Master Practitioner and Energy Coach. We discuss the science behind EFT which stands for Emotional freedom technique  - it is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. This episode was especially personal to me because I have recently discovered more alternative ways to manage stress, anxiety and life's ups and downs, and a lot of has to do with our energy and how we process information, overcome trauma & much more. There are very practical ways to get started and you might be surprised at results you can get.    About Theresa: Theresa lives in Davidsonville, Maryland with her husband Jeff and their 4 boys. As an entrepreneur with a background in psychology, nutrition and fitness, she has been helping women work on various aspects of their mental and physical health for over 25 years.  Her struggles with ADHD, trauma, and the chaos and overwhelm of being a mompreneur with big goals and responsibilities led her how to cultivate the success, clarity, and inner peace that used to feel so elusive to her. Using a unique blend of Energy, Psychology, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Tapping and Strategy, Theresa empowers other mompreneurs to overcome anxiety, distractions, and limiting patterns so they can feel happy, present, and fulfilled as they align their beliefs, actions, values and vision for the business and daily life!   www.becomingmoreme.com  LinkedIn: /theresalearlevine  Instagram: @theresalearlevine   About your host:  Elena Agaragimova is the co-founder of Bessern (https://www.bessern.co/) 👉 We help people in corporations 🧑‍💼 to be more resilient and equipped with the skills that matters to thrive and be at their best at work.
