In part three, Dawn  shares another part of her morning routine.A National Institute of Health study found that exercise is effective in reducing mortality and in treating symptoms of major depression. Exercise is underutilized by clinicians. Big Pharma doesn't write prescriptions for exercise because they don't make money from it.  Ageism is the worst excuse to not prescribe exercise.A regular exercise practice will increase your level of happiness. You must make a commitment to make the time for it.  Here are the steps in using the strategy to increase your level of happiness 1) commit to an exercise routine 2) start small and increase it gradually. 3) Pick activities you enjoy 4) Consider any health challenges and pick your exercise accordingly.
