Ask yourself this... Who am 'I' and where do 'I' live?? Righto, so I've reeled old mate (almost Dr) Harps back in for an enlightening little chat around this seemingly unanswerable question. And given that he's punching out a PhD in Neuropsychology I figured he might perhaps put at least some of this to rest for me. In the middle of the metaphorical jungle that is our brain, our mind and our spirit (or soul or whatever you call it), what's driving the bus, and where do 'we' exist in the middle of it all? If the biology of our brain (that's our neurochemistry) influences our thoughts, emotions and behaviours which thus has an effect on our mind then where does the essence of 'us' exist... is it our spirit? What even is spirit?   C'mon Harps, dish up some answers here... and of course, whilst I had his attention it seemed a good time to update him (and you) on my latest plethora of issues and psych appointments with much loved Dr Bill.
