A graduate of NIDA, Benn has built an extensive career across theatre, television and voice acting, performing throughout Australia and internationally. Over the past decade he has toured the world with Disney's The Lion King, performing a remarkable five principal roles across various productions. Benn is currently appearing as Zazu in Disney's The Lion King at Sydney's Capitol Theatre, where his performance has been singled out as a highlight of the production. In addition to his stage work, Benn has appeared in television productions including Crownies and A Model Daughter: The Killing of Caroline Byrne, and has established himself as a highly regarded voice artist. Benn's career is a wonderful example of the opportunities that can emerge from a passion for performance, hard work and artistic versatility.
