War and peace in Colombia and Mexico provide the key themes on "Latin Pulse" this week. The program updates the status of the long-running peace talks in the 51-year-old civil war in Colombia. This discussion includes fears that different rebel groups will supplant the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (the FARC).
