The seasons are changing

Dr Bradwell Garanganga, Drought Monitoring Centre in the South African Development Community, has over twenty years' experience in climate monitoring, prediction and applications in the region. He says locally the seasons are changing. With good and reliable information he thinks local communities will adapt to climate variability and says policy making will become better informed and more responsive as a result.
