The Seasons as Mental Health Practice with Morgan Rose

On the magic of October, co-regulating with Mother Earth and following the seasons as a mental health practice .Morgan Rose is equal parts elder in training, medicine woman, friend & mentor. She teaches to men and women about the process of belonging: to ourselves, to nature, to our communities. Her work is tending to community and sisterhood. She runs an online women’s community called The Spiral which remembers and reimagines the way women gather, dream, envision and re-write narratives. She teaches workshops, trainings and courses globally and has recently developed a program called Soul Work where she mentors individuals who are moving through threshold moments.
