The images, the heartbreak, the overwhelming loss—it left a mark on our hearts. In moments like that, we’re reminded how quickly life can change and how deeply people need hope.But not every storm makes the headlines.Some storms happen quietly behind closed doors. Some are emotional. Some are spiritual. Some are deeply personal. And many people in our Tipping Point family are carrying burdens no one else can see.So how do we encourage someone who feels like they’re walking through the worst storm of their life?Recently, our prayer team received an urgent request from a parent asking us to pray for their son. The details were few, but the need was great. After we prayed, we received this response:“You prayed for things that my wife and I have been praying for that I did not list in my prayer request. I have read this prayer twice already and am planning on keeping it.”That moment deeply moved my heart.It reminded me that God sees beyond the words we write and the pain we try to hide. Sometimes, while praying for someone, the Holy Spirit gently brings specific insight, encouragement, or direction that could only come from Him. That’s how personal our God is. He meets people right in the middle of their storm.Isaiah 43:2 (NLT) says,“When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown.”I love that verse because it doesn’t promise we’ll never face deep waters—it promises we’ll never face them alone.Maybe your storm isn’t making the news. Maybe no one around you even realizes what you’re carrying. But your Heavenly Father does. He hasn’t overlooked a single tear or forgotten a single prayer. Even when you can’t see what He’s doing, He’s still faithfully at work.And to our Tipping Point family—thank you. Every time you leave an encouraging comment, pray for another member, or remind someone to keep looking to Jesus, you’re helping carry someone through the storm. Never underestimate what God can do through a few words of hope.If you’re walking through a difficult season today, please don’t isolate yourself. Reach out for prayer. And if you notice someone hurting in the comments, take a moment to encourage them. Your prayer, your kindness, or a reminder of God’s faithfulness may be exactly what someone needs to keep going.That’s what makes this community so special.
