My first investment property was a 6-unit building in Windsor that I house-hacked while working my first year as a nurse. I bought another property the following year (duplex conversion) and made enough cash flow to be able to sustain my living expenses. I quit nursing after working throughout the entire pandemic and decided to pursue my career as a realtor and real estate investor beginning of 2022.
