Send us Fan MailOk so in my last message titled, “No Supernatural Works No Salvation” I mentioned that I would be working on my message titled, “2nd election.” Well but I must say that although I have been working on it, and as usual it is taking some Mulholland Drive asphalt digs, it is proving to be a considerable labor. This doesn’t mean that I will forgo the effort, as I believe God has something in it, but what it means is that because I am on a concurrent reading spree along with podcasting, I must empty my head of some of these massages temporarily. I mentioned that I was going to experiment with reading straight from a book series that William Branham wrote back as late as in the 60’s. They are really just booklets of a single message, but like myself, he can go surfing for a minute waiting for that perfect 3rd wave. Yes, you should but be a surfer to know the significance of the 3rd wave. It is said that waves generally come in sets of three, and if you are a patient surfer you should wait until the third one as it is the treasure wave.So how does that relate to preaching in power? You will notice if you are in the activity of noticing, that sometimes it sounds like the preacher is rambling or just repeating himself. Now I am teaching for a minute how you should 1) be paying attention to the speaker so that you can enter in, and 2) so that when you yourself preach or whatever God, that you know how to wait upon the Lord to show up so that what you say is anointed of God. Yes, bam I just got a head of myself right there and gave you the key. They, are simply waiting for God to show up before releasing what God has to say so that it, the message, comes in the power of God and but also so that the atmosphere is charged with belief and faith. For William’s ministry this was necessary for the gift of healing to be activated. In this next series of messages, I will try and clean up some of the messages as most are “unabridged” meaning unchanged as spoken. Some believe that if you tamper with the original then you take something from it. My intent is to make it as clear as possible so that you do not get confused. I will however, leave some of that stuff in the messages, as it is the way in which William Branham spoke, and it would be good for us edumacated folks to see that God truly choses us in whom are not selected first for anything earth just to confound the wisdom of the world: 1 Cor 1:25-29 - 25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.26 For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called. 27 But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; 28 and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, 29 that no flesh should glory in His presence.https://appliedstrengthsministry.org/
