It's no secret that buying a home feels out of reach for many people, especially today's youth when they compare prices now to past ones.  Rod Schulhauser co-authored "The Self Funding House" for exactly that reason.  To help people look at home ownership a different way while also opening up the possibllity to many who may have not been able to afford it under more traditional circumstances.  Some builders are already incorporating these ideas impacting the housing supply headed our way.
