The Seven Hermetic Principles of Reality - The three great dimensions of existence in the Hermetic tradition

from No Age Ontology - Max Corradi · host Max Corradi

The Hermetic tradition speaks of three different planes or dimensions of Reality: I. The great physical planes. II. The great mental planes. III. The great spiritual planes. Each of these planes is divided into seven sub divisions according to their rates of vibration and the Law of Cause and Effect. The Hermetic teachings regards matter as a form of energy, that is, energy at a low rate of vibration of a certain kind, therefore the seven physical planes include three planes of physical matter and three of energy which ranges from the physical energy (heat, light, magnetism, electricity, and gravity or attraction) to the more spiritual energy used by spiritually developed beings and which may be considered ‘divine or miraculous power’.
