The Sex and Pornography Episode

God created sex and created us as sexual beings. However, being a sexual being is not synonymous with being sexually active.  In today’s episode, the TASM crew along with West Side’s own Dawn Jones started the conversation about sexual integrity and porn.  As Christians, we have the responsibility to discover, embrace, and navigate sexuality as a God given aspect of our lives and make decisions that honor him and our beliefs. Dawn Jones is a licensed counselor, life coach, and conference speaker from St. Louis, MO. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Trauma Studies Certificate from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO. She utilizes EMDR and DBT to help both teens and adults heal from abuse and trauma, overcome addictive behavioral patterns, as well as coping with symptoms of adjustment disorders. She also is an ordained minister at West Side MBC.
