The Shepherd’s Telegram

Their story reminds us that God’s love often arrives quietly, in fields — in ordinary places, among ordinary people — and then calls us to tell others. As we gather for worship today, may our hearts echo the shepherds’ telegram of joy: Christ is born! God is with us! May we, too, go forth glorifying and praising God for all we have seen and heard this Christmas.
