Al Raitt is the Director of Event Presentation and Production for Charlotte FC matches. For each Charlotte FC match everything except the actual game play is essentially a theatrical event that is carefully thought out, crafted, and executed precisely almost down to the second all the way until the lights turn off and the stadium is empty.
