Women's Basketball at Baylor University has seen tremendous success over the years, and thanks to Head Coach Nicki Collen, it feels as if that level of success is going to continue for a long time. In her first 2 years at Baylor, Coach Nicki has led the program to back-to-back 20-plus win seasons, back-to-back NCAA tournament appearances, and already has a Big 12 title under her belt. Now, in year 3, all of the pieces are coming together. Nicki Collen is a mother, a former WNBA coach of the year, a relentless competitor, and is proud to be the head women's basketball coach at Baylor University.
