The Side Hustle Blueprint: How Alysa Demetre Built Multiple Successful Businesses

In this weeks episode, I talk with my good friend, Alysa Demetre. Alysa is a passionate entrepreneur with multiple businesses, including a florist business, a permanent jewelry business, and a custom trucker hat business. She also has a nine-to-five job and is a real estate investor. Alysa's entrepreneurial journey started from a young age, as she comes from a family of entrepreneurs. She has always loved being creative and involved in various ventures. Alysa manages her time efficiently by having good systems in place and prioritizing her tasks. She believes in taking action on ideas and not waiting for the perfect moment. Her businesses have been successful due to her unique designs and finding her niche in the market. Alysa discusses her real estate investments and experiences with property management. She shares her goal of acquiring two properties every year and her plans to diversify into storage units. Alysa also talks about the challenges she has faced with tenants and renovations, highlighting the importance of having a property manager. She emphasizes the need to be hands-off and not strive for perfection when starting a business. Alysa encourages taking risks and adjusting along the way based on customer feedback. She concludes by expressing her passion for small businesses and the creativity involved.
