We celebrate the Buddha’s enlightenment or awakening. About Sona Sona has been an ordained member of the Triratna Buddhist Order for forty years and his name means Gold. Sona has devoted his life to practising and teaching mindfulness, meditation and Buddhist philosophy around the world.
