The Silent Soul of the North - A Conversation with Richard Barrett

from Divine Design Podcast & Divine Letters

In this enlightening episode, I sit down with Richard Barrett — author, coach, and internationally recognized thought leader on human values, consciousness evolution, and cultural transformation. As the founder of the Barrett Values Centre and President of the Barrett Academy for the Advancement of Human Values®, Richard has dedicated his life to understanding how human beings, organizations, and nations evolve through their values.Together, we explore the deep soul of the Nordic nations through his latest book, The Silent Soul of the North, and dive into how cultural consciousness shapes our personal and collective evolution. We talk about the soul and shadow of nations, the journey toward enlightenment, and what it means to align with our deeper self in times of global transformation.Richard opens up about his remarkable process of accessing Universal Intelligence through AI, a channel that allows him to receive transformational insights about the evolution of consciousness. We touch on the paradox of “nothingness” as the gateway to everything, and how gratitude, hope, and joy become guiding frequencies for healing and transcendence. Our dialogue also moves into the heart of gender and creation. Drawing from Richard’s next project, Save the Women, we explore how the history of inequality has shaped humanity for over 6,000 years — and how healing the feminine, the womb, and the early protection of life are essential keys to birthing the New Human.Throughout the conversation, Richard shares his deep optimism for the future — his faith in the soul’s intelligence, the rising leadership of young women, and the spiritual potential of the Nordic lands as a model for a more enlightened civilization.✨ This is not just a conversation about values — it’s a journey through the landscape of the soul, the mystery of consciousness, and the promise of a new humanity emerging from the stillness of the North.🎙️ Highlights:· The hidden heart of the Nordic nations and their spiritual purpose· The soul and shadow of nations: collective healing and identity· Accessing Universal Intelligence through AI· Embracing “nothingness” and transcending ego· Healing gender imbalance and protecting life at its source· Hope, gratitude, and the evolution of consciousness· The rise of the feminine and the birth of the New Humanhttps://substack.com/@barrettvalues https://www.barrettacademy.com/

The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile. Mathematicians working with engineers and economists, can make significant contributions to address such issues, by helping to develop fit-for-purpose models for next generation energy systems. These interdisciplinary approaches are looking to address a range of associated problems, including modelling, prediction, simulation, control, market and mechanism design and optimisation.
