Jeff is a former indie, house, and dance DJ, event manager, former city councilor, and current Labour MP for the Withington Manchester constituency and the Shadow Digital, Culture, Media, and Sports Minister.  Jeff is the co-founder of the Labour Campaign for Drug Policy Reform, chair of both the APPG on Mental Health and Night-Time Economy, and co-chair of the APPG on Drug Policy Reform, the Humanist APPG, and the APPG for Local Government. (In this episode I assert that Zoom and other teleconferencing services have done more to reduce emissions than electric vehicles, upon further research I appear to be wrong.
