She started her career in internal comms working for the BBC, and has since gone on to work for the likes of HMRC, Anglo American, and International Airlines Group (IAG), leading change comms projects within those organisations. When she started her role at Inmarsat five years ago, Helen set up the centralised internal comms and engagement function from scratch.
