The Sinking of the Jascon 4

It was early Sunday morning on May 26, 2013. The Jascon 4, a tugboat contracted by Chevron Corporation, was out at sea in the Atlantic Ocean approximately 20 miles off the coast of Nigeria. The waters were rough, and as dawn had not broke yet, it was still dark.
