The Sitdown with Standups Episode 4: Lost in Translation feat Neyla Manga
from The Sit Down with Standups · host Punchline Comedy Club Nairobi
In this episode we switch up the gears, the host and even languages as we transcend the language bar with Tanzanian superstar, actor, performer and standup comic Neyla Manga. On her visit to Nairobi Kenya courtesy of the Comedy Pipeline by our brothers and comrades in arms Punchline Comedy Club Tanzania, Neyla sat down with our guest host Shihembetsa, ( because we couldn't afford an interpreter and he is the only man whose Swahili is half decent) to talk all things funny, beginnings, crossing the language barriers in comedy, performing as a female comic and the future of comedy in general. Get your translator apps out and sink your teeth into the most riveting crash course into Swahili you'll ever experience.
