The Sky Really is Falling-Recovering from Narcissistic Abuse During an Apocalypse

The wisdom of Henny Penny seems to fit these days. The sky really is falling and is tumbling down all around us. And for those of us who are trying to get back on our geet after a nuclear bomb was dropped on our heads, well, it is a little much. But the similarities between the way the world seems to be unravelling from the inside out and the way that the fabric of our lives was completely destroyed is actually quite similar. The way we all get through this and survive is to first acknowledge what has happened and accept the reality of what that means. It means there is no turning back. Only forward. And we march forward with courage and creativity, with faith and a mosral compass to direct us. That's how we might survive.
