Finding rye flour is almost impossible. I'm not sure why but YouTube keep suggesting videos that deal with the end of time. Is it just me, or is shredded wheat with the light sugar the most evil thing out there?  Fiber delivery. I watch Spaceballs for like the sixth time.  It's much funnier with a glass of wine.
