The slippery slope of compromise

Compromise is a slippery slope. Jesus rebuked the church in Pergamum for accommodating two groups of teaching that were diluting their testimony in the city. First there was “the talk without the walk” group. Then there was the “in the world and of the world” so called believers. This message calls out the two conditions of the heart that can potentially destroy our testimony among those we are called to reach.
