You're listening to the Wisps, Wasatch in... in... Wasatch investigative studies... Wasatch investigative studies of paranormal science show, which apparently is yet another acronym for a supernatural hour of...

Why are you doing this to me, man? Alright, hey, welcome to the first Wisps show, and just for Chunga's sake, since he can't seem to get our name right, I made show itself an acronym, which stands for Supernatural Hour of Wisps, or as we like to call it the Wis Paranormal Treehouse of Chaos. Anyway, our actual name is the Wasatch investigative society for paranormal studies, and working with the Pod Goblins, they approached us not doing a supernatural or paranormal show, and we thought it'd be fun and be a good idea. As we get going here, I'd like to kind of introduce everybody.

My name is Castle, and there's a reason I use a nickname, and I'm going to introduce everybody, and I'll go into a light. We've got some nicknames here. If you listen to Radio Roman, you probably actually know what my real name is, but that's okay. I still have a little bit of separation.

I'll explain it a second. To my right, we have DM. Hello. She kind of wanted a nickname.

I totally want anything we never have to have a names with her name, which is Cinnamon. That's not the one I want, but it's not the one I have. I prefer Willow. And speaking of a name, there is Lurch.

Hello. And Lurch also, there's a very good reason behind Lurch using a nickname, which we'll talk about here in just a second. And then our newest member, Wisps, who I'm inducting right now, is a Wis member, and I can tell by the kind of space he wasn't expecting that. I'm in denial.

Welcome. And it's good he's in denial because he's our skeptic. This is Hefe, or El Hefe, the boss. Yep, the boss.

He's also our producer and our sound engineer, and he's got all the fancy studio equipment here, which is even making this possible we begin with. It makes him the boss because he has the equipment. El Hefe. Anyway, let's talk about nicknames for a minute.

To be honest with you guys, I really stressed and fretted for weeks as we were planning the show about nicknames because I was kind of worried about people thinking that we fancied ourselves to radio DJs with crazy nicknames. I personally got a history in law enforcement. And because of that, I kind of need some separation between my real life job and running of Wisps generally in those kind of circles, you know, talking about ghosts and partnerable stuff is generally frowned upon. And so I try and keep a pretty major separation there, which is why I use the nickname Castle, both on the website and I'll leave it here on the show.

Anybody who's gone to any of the chunk of hunts is I like to call them to the park, all my investigations. They've met me, they know my real name, all my clients know my real name, everybody in this room actually knows my real name, how about that? Weird, huh? Yeah, I'm going to give you a name because, so there's a little one that we can do.

I'm his big sister, so I'll find ways of getting back for that one don't worry. No, lurch, do you want to talk a little bit about it? Why we go with lurch for you, lurch the body center? I'm called lurch, they call me lurch because I'm a funeral director.

And again, just like Castle, I prefer to have a little bit of anonymity from my job. You know, the point is that you guys are really awesome. No, not really. No, and actually I've had a few experiences where I've felt the presence of the person that I was actually involving in the room with me.

You put the foot in the body? Yeah, well, just even just the other day, in fact I felt someone in the same room with me. You feel someone in the same room with you? Yeah, I'm not very zammer, right?

I'm not sensitive, well they're spirit, I guess you'd say. I'm not that kind of feeling. But again, just comes down to a separation of... Show some of the following ones?

No, no. Just a separation of what I do professionally with what I do as a hobby. So I don't want people to think that it's some more of a curiosity that got me into this, it's not. Nothing or sad, I mean, you know, I know you really well, I know you're messing it.

I've had a tour of your last job before I got you fired. We don't talk about that. We shall not mention that. Lurch is my person I've ever gotten fired.

I used to work for a major corporation funeral home and they had a policy against a paranormal investigation. And although we did not investigate there, they suspected that we had and that led to my termination of employment. But again, it's another story for another day and I'll really think about that. He just gave us a tour and yeah, I call him a week later on with an investigation.

He's like, yeah, I just got fired man. I'll tell you what. I felt about this big and for those who obviously are listening, can't see my fingers are like half a molecule. It's about a centimeter apart.

The plus side is that I got a job within three hours. So I really felt like things worked out and came with a little bit of a raise and things are going well. And just for the audience, Lurch is on call tonight. So if he disappears halfway through the show, we will let you know that's the case because I'm dressed in my suit.

Right to go. If you can all call your grandma's nest, I'm not to die when we're recording. I thought he was just looking nice for me. Yeah, a little regression podcast there, Lurch.

And then, heffy, you want to tell us a little bit about you? Yeah. I'm heffy. I got my nickname long time ago.

I've been heffy. I don't remember what my real name is. I'm going to start calling you heffy when you're about seven years old. I've known heffy since he was a wee child.

It actually came from, if you recall the movie, The Three Amigos. I had my cousin who came over to my house and he said, heffy and he kept calling me that. He's a sweater! Yeah, exactly.

Anyway, it made me mad. And I was like, ah. And so I kept getting upset at him and the more I got upset, you know how kids are, the more they call you that. So one day I thought, you know what?

I'm just going to start answering to it and then they'll stop calling me that. How much easier to play throughout. But eventually it just kind of stuck and then when I took Spanish class I learned that I meant I'm the boss and I liked it. That's why I talked about my Elhithate tonight.

I figured since these intro are all the new stuff you can make it sound awesome or make it sound really cool. You can make various sounds like a serial girl. Yes. Okay.

We're here in Healing Helium Balloons. All right, let's talk about our show plan a little bit. To be honest with you, this show is probably going to be a little less heavy as far as, well, our shows are not going to be heavy because I kind of like an laugh. Life is way too short to take too serious.

It's one of the reasons I like to read your own show because it makes me choke when it's my Odie my favorite humor. But this show we're gonna talk a little bit about the show itself more so than actual ghost stuff and And an introduction to us having an adaion so that everybody knows who we are But kind of one of our plans for the show is I want to have some guests on and we're gonna have some good guests I'm gonna bring some hot survivors from some of the bigger cases that we've had I'm gonna bring in I don't know if anybody's met our medium brandy P Well one of our medium We actually have several mediums that we use and work with and before I ever use any kind of medium I usually have to kind of vet them to make sure that they're legit because I've been to a lot of places and a lot of people We have mediums who are I'm feeling a spirit behind me and they're crazy I have a medium that I met and I love her to death. She's a sweet lady, but she can really ratchet exactly You're talking about exactly I certainly hope not But if she does we love you we really do I have no idea who you are, but I love you Anyway, I don't honestly I think she does have some abilities and talents and she's kind of showing us that she has some abilities and talents But she manages to convey it in such a way that just it gets lost in translation. She comes off sounding crazy Oh, she comes off making crazy very crazy.

You got me curious. I want to hear an example So we were there and she was talking about a school that a Texas was losing a lot of football games. This is her straight up mine and so Her daughter had called her up and asked to go down to the school for what's going on and there was an army of Native American spirits that were causing the football team to lose their football games. Wow a whole army Wow, and since when Utah most people are gonna know who King Lemona is but just in case you don't know King Lemona is I'm gonna tell you open open a book of Mormon.

Yes Hey, like King Lemona is a character in the Book of Mormon who was a Native American essentially who converted over to Christianity for lack of a better term anyway So she went down to the school and prayed that God would send King Lemona I took convert all these Native American spirits so they could return to heaven So the team would continue to work the ball games did the did the team win to the commiser if I remember correctly they did I see there's evidence when there's evidence it supports it, right? You know had I told the story if it was never like yeah, there's a problem at school and none other than ghosts We had to kill the problem. That's how you just relay that without 500 layers of crazy crazy layered upon crazy Well, anyway, but Brandy P who's in our group? I've actually validated her and tested her so many times that she's incredibly credible In fact Greg Paschal from our Gretchen music guide the first time I investigated with him and Brandy He told me himself because that was a little leery at first But she got going you know, and as the evidence starts stacking up Yeah, I'm a believer now and so a lot of folks who have worked with her and know her know that she can actually seem Top to go is just like I can see and talk to you guys here in this room We actually have a lot of people in our group with various levels of different talents She's just the highest echelon.

Yeah, and yeah, actually a sensitive to an extent And yet actually has I'm more empathic. I can tell moods a lot more I mean I can I can sense male female I can sense moods and I can touch items It's called psychometry and tell you the history behind the item Yes, but I'm still working on do we get to try that out here sure we can Yes, I do right now Reaching my pockets. I'm not a pervert. Yeah, the history behind the item Just something an item of historical significance does that have to be an item of historical?

The same thing To try that changes hard because even I can show you my hat but it's kind of obvious where that came from I mean yeah, even Australia. No, yes That guitar right there. That's a good one. Yeah, so right behind me.

Yep. Oh, oh Beat up my guitar Let her pick up that guitar. What does she say about that guitar? All right?

Let's just a guitar you can play it if you need to I mean if you want to take a minute, so you guys want to continue now. Yeah, that's have some musical talent I'm gonna bring this up and the end is an amazing bagpiper. Well, fact actually everybody in this room has got musical talent I well, I can play back pipes too. He's not bad.

Yeah, I'm not terribly good though either and you're one heck of a Triangle player to from what I hear the kazoo I'm a drummer. I actually played a with dn in a bagpipe band as a I play the kid too. Yeah, I double It's very technical very precise. I did play the other drum set for a long time with a double double bass kick pedal and you're talking And Elhefe over there he actually has his own band.

Yeah, it's me myself and I I was gonna say he actually his is on that nice. I'm gonna give him a little plug. It's called dirt road to destiny. Okay, stop.

I mean I was just going to say I think you've played this in a band because there's a ton of energy in it But now you just now you're owned it. He's not gonna believe me. No because I've never played in the band actually TON of energy like never ever played where did you get the guitar? Well, that would be defeating the purpose Well, was it was it if you see like if you bought it new versus if you found it at a pawn shop Then maybe you've been played by someone else, but if I give you information then you're just it's process of Okay, well it's still okay.

We're gonna let yankie go and keep trying keep trying. Well, no, there's energy in it Maybe it's not your energy though. Okay, keep on keep up anyway, uh so Elhefe there is is the band a dirt road to destiny And uh, how many songs do you have out on uh um, you know, I think if you look me up on youtube you might find two I'm working on quite a few right now, but those are the only two I have theory of load of guy iTunes and some other yeah, well Yeah, there was a theory of load of gun and redeeming me were both available on iTunes for a little while Are they still there? I don't think so.

Well, then how am I supposed to plug them if you took them off? Well, I can put them back put them back Check out your music well, you can just go on youtube right now And then if you like the stuff make comments and look forward to new stuff coming up because it's going to be yeah Elhefe just recently quit his full time job to push his music career full-time. Yeah, that was a smart move wasn't it? Seems to be working so far.

It gives me access to your awesome studio for a podcast. All right You said commentary over there yet? Yeah, the only thing I'm getting from it is just a ton of energy like it's been in the band It was played. I mean someone has played it That's possible wasn't me So do you want the story behind the guitar now?

Yes, you give up That was my great grandpa Milton Slaymaker's grand or guitar. I was named after him Milton that's not my real name by the way. I'm just gonna ask you your name is Milton. That's not my name is heffy But that's where that came from so I mean I'm seeing he might have played it in the band I'm seeing and it may not have been a band but a lot of people around having a good time Um, yeah, and castle is gonna like mangle your grandpa's Yeah, there's a ton of energy people had fun with it.

He played it for I don't know if it was family or friends Let me do a podcast Let's bring a few things with us. Yeah Because you know, I think a guitar could be a little bit ambiguous, you know, of course It's gonna be played for people and people Everyone listening to this is like, yeah, whatever we could guess that's a guitar It's like a car and it's yeah try to get something a little more personal that you know more actual details about Um, for example a lady gave me a pin once and I can't remember what the pin was that was like a a dragonfly I think and I said this was a gift from your grandmother. Oh like a like a brooch Like a little like a little decorative okay, okay You know, so it's something that you know that you know I'm excited to try that Anyway, kind of now since we've gone off on that tangent on the end of the commentary We can make that one of like the the features we go ahead and name the the story behind this I don't think I'm gonna do this unless I get a cool Night name like the ladriel that's No, so hello. No, so that my face goes all pale and my eyes get all shadowy and if there's like a bad ghost I can say Like glad real does I needed that Talk Anyway, we're gonna have brandy on at some future point And what i'm gonna do is i'll give you guys some heads up before we do that And what i'm really looking for is i'd like some email questions That you would be curious to ask me if someone can see in your spirits and it's kind of the spirit world is like right there ahead of them And i'm new to this whole thing is there like a link for emails or what is it?

Yes, they'll be contacted it'll be podcast at wisps.org wisps So podcast at wisps which is wisps.org is that on the website too? I have not put on the website yet, and I don't know if I will it might just be open for folks who remember Podcasts at wisps.org and technically i've actually got the email set up that you can kind of send it to anything A wisp.org and it would get to us So you're not getting a message back that says that email doesn't exist it just So we can send it to like castle is a big dork at wisps.org and you'd get it That's how it works. That's how i'm gonna email you from now on just a further Um, anyway, i'm gonna have her on when i first met brandy actually I met her and Tim who's one of our other investigators who comes out on regular basis I met them at a paracom west which was a conference it was here in utah last summer And I actually spent the first two hours that I met them just asking her all kinds of questions You know, what's residual hunting what's the difference between this what's between that and the answer is really fascinating And I even still have questions like tell me about ghost clothes because I understand you know We're born naked when we die where people but why go so close? I like that question question question Questions I would have she's able to actually determine the uh, I guess era that someone lived in by looking at their clothes Well, yeah, but I know that uh, there's a photo that I showed her where I knew someone had killed himself outside of a building in the late 80s Early 80s late 70s and she was able to pin point that exact era because of how he was closed with late 70s early 80s style dress So and with the other guest member in i've got a really good theologian friend who's really really knowledgeable He is LDS and he's been actually asked and interviewed up at the church office building to work on the jose of smith papers And so this guy is very very knowledgeable With things that nature so if anybody has theological questions about ghost stuff I'm gonna have him here to guess hopefully And I'll let you guys know ahead of time when we're gonna have these special guests so that you guys can email your questions in And get those answered and then probably gonna have ben hansen on some point or others a guest And that's gonna happen most of us have leverage on ben Can you tell us who ben hansen is for those that might not know?

Make pictures of him pretty close No, I should have thought that ahead of time though Ben hansen everybody who's listening to pogogog was just a whole bit handsome He was the host of sci-fi's factor faked. He's a pogogog when he does come to a lot of the chunga hunts But actually new ben years before he ever got involved with a pogogog bones or factor faked I knew ben before he even got me fbi in fact at one point in time mean ben were both assigned as investigators for special victims Which is child sex abuse cases which is always entertaining because you have some poor 14-year-old girl who's been touched inappropriately And you're gonna interview her about what happened he was saying who'd you like to interview you me or him It wasn't like me or the sweet lady here it was me or ben Anyway Ben and I and I didn't know he was involved in this kind of stuff He didn't know I was involved in this kind of stuff we didn't find that out till years later But we went down to Vegas to conference together and I would tell them together and one night like where this is going He does the pogogog Dang it. That's where you got them but uh One night Ben didn't come back the hotel room. I laid there in bed with the car to my eyes My dial line and one and I was gonna read it out the other one if somebody came to the door that wasn't Ben who'd kill Ben I'm worried we're a little bit gone Anyway, the next morning I found out that Ben had nearly been raped by female construction worker in the state car But I mean we've been best way for him to tell yeah That's your cliffhanger so people keep listening to our It's not a bad situation to be in though where you get attacked and almost raped by a woman female construction worker.

Oh, okay, never mind So we're not sure if that was even a female might have been a trainee We don't love you people construction workers Can I say okay? I think we've just said it three times It's all like monitored by the radio guru SCC no, yeah, and we love you regardless of your day So we'll hear Ben has his will hear Ben has his right story in the I'm gonna make Ben tell us the almost rape story. Awesome But needless to say Ben came out safe and unscathed I didn't have to bow the final one on my nine on one Anyways, we're gonna have some guests. So that's kind of the plan for the show as we go along Since we're talking about shows and talk about future things a lot of what we're gonna do to talk about some of our investigations We've done we're gonna talk about a lot of EDPs I know folks who like the EDPs Lurch and I actually last night have had a case that we've been working and Dan's actually helped me with this case too What time is it?

I can't say it by name because we're on the yard it's kind of residents It's the one where you and I went and did it Okay, okay, there sorry. That was kind of like an EDP though. I kind of heard it so we can't hurt it Well, I'll be better if I need to anyway Lurch and I went last night to the daughter of the family's apartment because she's been having some activity And did a cleansing at their home And the cleansing process varies depending on what it is you're cleansing what you're dealing with There's the logical component to it. There's also some very shamanistic components to some of it It really depends on what you're doing and what you're up against But this family has been dealing with things for oh, how long would you say a couple months?

I think they just contacted us a couple months ago Like getting a question that's been probably even a couple years I don't know if it's that long because I know right where the focal point where the things started that um and it started with their elder star I was just gonna say she's probably there's the center of it all She's the one that's created the one that created a situation. It wasn't something she did intentionally As far as I mean, there's a long way you can invite negative stuff in and by the way wisps for whatever reason I'm like the negative humped magnet of the planet like every in case I get almost every case I get is negative ugly evil Stuff I used to work use the words demons, but I got yelled at And that's the stuff that I love too the The negative negative I don't want to use the word demonology, but the negative very bad stuff because it doesn't really frighten me And demonology it doesn't frighten me there It's actually something I've studied for for years and years and years It's interesting because I guarantee that somebody who's listening to the show is gonna hear us talking about stuff and how incredibly difficult it can be To deal with it and go oh well, uh, you know, I'll just run in there, you know throw out my hand and uh kick it out and away we go Um, and that's what I always thought it was When I started doing this or like I studied this for years and years and years before I actually started doing it And that's what I thought too. I thought it was that easy and in some instances it kind of is but it really isn't um because you can do that And it will go but if you don't fix the root problem if the family's not going to address and deal with the cause the root cause What's inviting it in what's inviting it in you'll walk out the door and it'll be there again in a day or two days or a week Or you know, it comes back. It's not just as easy as running in I like to use the idea of building a bridge we can only go so far but the family has to kind of meet us halfway in the middle Exactly, that's kind of what we explained to the scale last night and just to give you the audience time idea what this family's dealing with They had some really dark stuff going on in their home.

They're hearing voices. They had things moving They were seeing dark shapes. I think standing over in bed and we went out and we we dealt with the haunting We got rid of most of the negative entities Thought we had it all wrapped up. We ended up getting called back probably not a week later Well, actually the mother of the family tried to call me Because her daughter got attacked at 3.15 a.m.

Which for anybody who's familiar with immunology is not a good type of morning 3.15 a.m. symbolic of the time when Christ was crucified the opposite time It's often called the witching hour too and in a lot of a lot of circles Right, and so in a lot of these negative to see how is the viewer there a lot of these negative hauntings What's wrong with saying demons? Different people in the paranormal community have different ideas of what exactly a demon is we got a stern talking to who did the stern talking to That's what we will mention his name was a jesus. No, there's another paranormal investigator We actually he's a good friend of mine.

I actually like him And to be honest with you different people have different definitions of what some of these entities are My definition is a little bit more loose and I'll openly say that Basically, I've got a broader category than this, but there's really only two types of spirits There are human spirits which are the ghosts or the spirits of those who have walked this earth wearing a human body essentially And then there's those spirits who roam this earth who never had a body and never will And it's one of those things that I don't like to to haggle too hard with people because a lot of times stuff like this has a lot to do with your religious convictions as well And that's it might be really hard to argue with and so Sometimes you just have to smile and nod and say okay and and we know that in certain paranormal circles We have to choose our words carefully so they don't look down on us But in our own little group we categorize things a little differently than maybe some do and that can be said for probably dozens of groups like ours Around the country. I mean, there's not really a standard Classification but community wide. Do you guys see these somebody see these spirits? Can they look like that's because they can actually change their appearance to suit what they want to look like We see someone can be very geometrical someone can be very animal looking I've actually taken to nick naming these things non-threatening names We had a home of an american fork that we investigated and there were two of these spirits there that were about all three three and a half But tall and just kind of ugly kind of gnomey looking things and I so I'm just curious You say they can like mold and shape shifters and you choose to be a no There's there's something like Arnold Schwarzenegger that's a freak.

There's there's also a high-rocky so there's you know I guess pawns, you know, and then there's you know kind of a hierarchy and Determines that Question Because I mean intelligence is all relative to other intelligence intelligence. I'm a smart person in this room Exactly there you go Some of these entities that we run into very intelligent like these two little garden only thing I call them what do we call them Ernest and Pepe the person. Yeah. Yeah, they were not the brightest bulbs in the chandelier A lot of these negative entities.

They're familiar with the I guess foreign languages In particular and these two I've I've I've felt inspired to study latin the last few months and I'm not at a fluent level But I do feel like my proficiency is coming along at one point I asked a few questions in latin they didn't understand me But there's been other ones that we've been that we've done with In fact when we were at Chunga at Fort Douglas at his last investigation we did there They understood yes, they did. I remember that in fact I keep a Puckin eye from my back pocket at one point I was kind of interrogating them in latin and I bent over and my pocket I was actually pulled out of my pocket and landed about three feet behind me and It was Gary. He was trying to grab me. No, there's no behind me.

Brandy P was there with me No, no, she was standing about two feet to my right and when it happened I turned and I looked at her and I said Did that just happen? Yes? That just happened you A spirit box at that time too and I'm done and during the spirit box session I asked a question in latin are you evil and I got a response in latin saying I am evil Is it because actually my audio recorder I left in the room where you were at when I happened? I was in a different room so I couldn't grab his butt.

Oh, it looks very grabable. I will say it is the spirit I grab my own butt from time to time to He wasn't going for your knife. He's going for your butt. I'm just clarifying here.

I do work out He or she or whatever was here. I'm a runner. Yeah, I'm a runner. Yeah, I'm a runner.

You know, these these entities also put off a different vibe We said earlier I can feel um Few moons, excuse me and most spirits you know, I walk into a room. I kind of feel drawn You know, like if if I'm going into a room thinking I'm going, you know, you know, try to see where the spirit is I just kind of focus I can feel kind of drawn and even in photos I can't see them in photos But I can't like you all feel drawn to a certain part of the photo But you run into one of these entities and it's a it's a repelling feel kind of like You know, you put two bangs on its face in the wrong way and they push each of that I just kind of get that pushing feel from them So they they have different energy than than a human spirit has and that's interesting for anybody who's ever gone on an investigation Um There's a lot of investigating is done by feel. I mean, you know, we go in with tools the k2 We go in with audio recorders your body's the best instrument. You're body's the best instrument.

And once you Experience some of these entities go to bat, etc. And you know what they feel like Um And someone points out, hey, this is what this feel means when you go into other locations Uh, it's easier to understand now different people to have different levels of being able to feel for instance Dan is very sensitive very impact that can feel very well I would rate myself as rather mediocre and feel I can feel really strong presences I'd probably do that too. You want to scale of one to ten? I can say I'm probably about a three five on one to ten Um, I put yeah, and probably an eight on one to ten is that accurate?

I've never been but I tell you right now I'm in and actually that's kind of where I was going with this um for instance Um, and I hate to get too deep and too far off on the weeds because I know we already have from where I was headed Um, did you say weeds weeds? Yes weeds in the weeds. Okay. You know heard that term?

I mean I kind of wondered off the path Uh, where I wanted to just want to make sure I heard you right. Yeah, um And without trying to cover the whole paranormal spectrum on my podcast Uh, everybody has an aura, um, and it's basically an energy field that everybody puts off Um, anybody with regardless of how sensitive or you know mediums can seem really easy. They come with the ego. Oh, you're purple or your orange Um, I am not a medium.

Um, and if I spend a lot of time staring at somebody like long enough that she did it and public you get punched Oh home people's a great place to practice by the way, uh getting punched No staring at people. They're looking at pipe and you can stand half an aisle down and just stare You guys take yourselves very seriously. Yes. Anyway, you know, I can spare somebody for a long period of time and actually I can see there or I mean it takes a lot of work and it's a lot of focus and Constellation, but you can see an aura if you work at it and for anybody listening if you want to learn how to do it Just go on youtube.

There's a thousand people who will be happy to tell you how to look at more and the different colored ores mean different things as well Correct. Uh, but there's different there's other different properties to ores. Um, for instance, I have a friend Uh, she's one of our investigators. Uh, her name is marissa and marissa There's something about her energy that brandy says actually absorbs other energy.

Uh, whether that's good She's like rogue from the x-men. Yes That's great analogy. And my my or is the kind that spirits like to belong onto and I joke and say if we ever have a yearbook A wisp's yearbook. I'm gonna be voted most likely to bring something creepy home with me.

I've done it twice Yes, she has It's funny because brady mentioned that to her when we first met brady and dian has brought something with her on numerous occasions the last being a crazy uh Salem witch Okay, her mother was accused of witchcraft and she thought I looked like the accuser and she wasn't aware of the time She thought I was the accuser. She was it was great. Let's leave it to the end to go to the Salem message ruseps on vacation and bring home a witch That's me. That's my job.

Keep it interesting Anyway, so now my wife for instance she has a purple aura, uh, but brandy's mentioned that her aura is Repels energy. Um, she's she uses the term. She's a blocker that she blocks and repels energy now my wife You could take her bless her heart anywhere and we don't know what to do. They still have my blessing of my life.

Um, please I'm gonna go home. She's a good person. She really is she's good person. Yeah I'm not gonna be able to But we're gonna let it listen to this one.

We're gonna let this part out. We love you, mrs. Castle. Can I hear your podcast?

Anyway, she's a blocker and it's funny because you can take her to anywhere that has it and you walk in the room and you're About getting punched in the face with just the energy that's going on in the room and you're walking like, uh You can feel the hair standing up on your arms your skin is crawling. It feels like somebody's You're getting scratched and she said they're looking at me like what? What's everybody's excited about and I kind of expect Heffa that you are gonna be one of those and by the way heffa even though he's on podcast has never ever ever been on a ghost investigation We will fix that and he is going to come with us when we do our wisps ghost investigation at the silent We actually could investigate his bathroom because there's something in there. Yeah, you don't want to know what's in there Well, mrs.

If I actually told me she was exercising several months ago and sitting grab her ankle Yeah, she did not she said she felt something. You know what it was when you exercise when you exercise the blood kind of mousse of your body and you know Okay, I'm a personal trainer. No. No, you could have been Satan Not my house Hey, next investigation is here.

No, you're not welcome in my house to investigate. That's because you're not really a scatcher. No, I am a skeptic Then you want me afraid, you know, I if I could tell just a quick story about brandy Um, you know, I was really skeptical that there's anything at my house and at one point Um brandy let me know that I had seven spirits in my house and being a funeral director They're all just nice people but they liked me and chose to follow me home So I literally had here's a story But yeah, it kind of freaked me out. I think that they're all these freeloaders in my house and uh, so uh, she asked them to all just kind of go away And they did yeah, yeah, and that's a different story It was a young man that was about my age and he died in a motorcycle accident And uh, I even have a Christmas photo that I showed brandy the other day and you can see an orb in the corner of it and she said oh, yeah, that's Him what's interesting and again?

I don't get too far for the weeds because we've wandered way up the load pasture on this conversation But uh in reality more places are haunted than not Most ghosts are pretty low-key. They're very territorial to have certain places in a home They like to be stuff there in your house if they're in your bathroom I can beat your bathroom all the time, but hey, there wasn't ghost in my bathroom I scared where this is going. Have you seen snails ate my script? I have it You're right.

There was a ghost in my bathroom But one that's done for a fun Halloween. You've taken a dookie So that's where that sulfur is smoking from that's right If it if you've got activity most likely is one of two things one It's a negative entity that's trying to wear you down or it's a human spirit Which just for the listeners a human spirit we will call a type one So if I ever say a type one that's what I mean and a negative entity would be a type three We can get to type two's later, but On the the type ones the human spirits Unless they're trying to get your attention for some reason. They usually don't do all I have two spirits in my home and they don't do much I've had as many as nine at my house. I think at the heyday Most of those we take care of I still have a handful But I really don't see him.

I don't notice and there's a couple little girl spirits in my home I hear from time to time and that's interesting thing too about her investigations is that everybody's got a different opinion This kind of goes back to what we talked about getting yelled at using the D word Is everybody's got a little bit different opinions and thing is that nobody's really gonna know until You die exactly what is going on there 100% I know Chungo for instance, he was a very good friend of mine He doesn't believe in little kids spirits and I didn't for a while, but I'm starting to Know his initial theory and you can yell at me later Chunk of them wrong is uh, you know Why would living god allow a child spirit to kind of roam the earth and not return to where it's supposed to be and I run into enough I know we're not evil and some ghosts can pretend to be children spirits still are you in but I run into enough who are genuine children spirits who are not evil They're just there That I do believe in children spirits and to be honest with you I don't know what it's like I'm either side to be honest with you It could be happiness and bliss and they're just playing until it's time to go home so speak Um and under those circumstances, why not let them just enjoy and do what they're doing until it's time to go home for a lack of better term So again, it's all opinion based. Um, anyway, we kind of wanted way far off of where I wanted to go. Okay, the real it in That's the and doing a fishing pole Actually the highlight I think that should be the opener the wisp show That's terrible. The highlighter is gonna be the second tree and set this as a guitar that was played once It was used in a band That's half a small because he gives me something that he doesn't know the history I know the history.

This is my great grandpa's. Do you know where he played it? Yeah, well, that's for you to decide In a band. I'm guessing you played it in pace in in a band.

Well, and at my house Anyway, so we were talking as a investigation. We did this family We went into the house and we took care of it. Uh, well, we thought we'd taken care of it I got a call about 3 15 a.m. But we really won't wait until we didn't wait Yes, we did half hour ago last time.

I got a call about 3 15 a.m Well, she attempted semi-text 3 15 a.m It didn't come through um and to be honest with you We've had a lot of text issues with wisps. I've had a lot of texts that don't go places when they're supposed to When dealing with some of these negative entities, um A lot of Latin texts again comes back to me learning Latin because of these uh these texts in Latin And we have got some strange incoming texts that are not from where they would seem like they're coming from That's another story for another day as well. Anyway, we went back and ended up cleansing the house Which seemed to take care of things for a while, but this daughter has had some serious very serious health problems um And ended up being hospitalized for about two or three weeks Um, about 11 p.m. Uh, this has been about three weeks ago Her family called said that she felt like she's being attacked in her hospital room Um, I ended up going to the hospital room by 11 o'clock at night Uh, and ended up sitting there till probably about 4 a.m Uh, and there was some stuff going on Uh, I've managed to take care of it kind of cleans the hospital room, if you will Um, and I again I stayed till four just because I don't want to take care of it at one and then leaving Nothing's happened again at three, which is that scary?

I gotta tell you man, I'm concerned for you. Have you seen the exorcist? You know how he gets rid of the demon in the end, right? They're seeing the exorcist.

Oh, man. Guys, I've seen the exorcist. I know how he gets rid of it. I know how he gets rid of it.

He invites it into his body and he'll come upstairs Yeah, I'm gonna jump out the window No, he rolls down the stairs. There's there's a famous stairway in DC where that happens The actually I thought I jumped out the window, but it's been a long time He might have jumped out the window then rolled downstairs. I can't remember. It's been a long time That sounds good.

I'm gonna choose not to go that route. You better not anyway Long story short, this gal has moved out to a new apartment And she's had some things going on there felt very uncomfortable can't be alone in the apartment because of some of the stuff that's going on So last night lurch and I went over to the apartment that a cleansing Anyway, because I knew we were doing this podcast. I kind of ruined the minute away last night To see if we got any EVPs from that cleansing And I got something I want to play and to be completely hundred percent honest. I'm not sure if this is an EVP or not I kind of want to play it and get everybody's opinion as to what it is Okay, I'm hearing I want to hurt you or I want to hurt I remember her saying they're messing with me and she was crying and then in the background You hear the silverware and that was her boyfriend putting utensils on the sink But you can hear an underlying voice saying something I want to hurt Yeah, and just to kind of back up with this in context I know it's in context for you lurch because you were there This guy like I said was suffering with a lot of health problems And she went to take a piece of medication or a piece of medication Some pills a piece of a pill She wanted to take some medication which would take the lid off the pills and the lid went flying off and medication went spring everywhere And went down the sink at you I mean it wasn't just like she took the lid off and it dropped.

I mean the lid literally poofed off of the the top of this thing and the pills went everywhere and but yeah, that's what I heard when I heard that is Like I want to hurt or probably want to hurt her incidentally too. There were her pain medication too So she talked about who these people are but give just like a little bit background of where this is and what's happening This is actually very local. Um, the initial case happened in Provo Utah where it all started Um, is this in a house or is this that that wasn't a house where initially started? Provo.

Um, this girl will be briefly heard her voice in the EVP in the background Uh, saying they're messing with me. Um, she has it's moved out To a neighboring city here in Utah County with her boyfriend. Um, and this was in their apartment We went to the apartment last night because she was complaining that stuff was still there All this negative energy swallowed her and she's the one who's kind of brought this negative energy in So our listeners understand generally, uh, on these type of cases and there's some I could do a whole show on this actually but in most of these cases for these really dark forces to come in They have to be invited in somehow. There's some laws.

There's a lot of attraction and They're lost lives in the mind right now an invitation Uh, and so things need to be tracked to you by the things you do or you can personally invite them in Uh, imitation would be for instance if you go get my little pony vg board Uh, because you want to talk to startups seriously they they still that knew that the toy's aisle I know it frightens me. That is so ridiculous You get those and you know, and you start inviting stuff in that would be a lot of imitation Um, a lot of attraction is if you've made some life decisions, um or you do some things that are Dark or hurt other people essentially would sacrifice in a goat phone to that category Um, I I can't say whether it has or hasn't you're asking for a friend A friend of mine was wondering yeah a friend wants to know if killing chickens is hazardous to his eternal salvation Now granted if you invite some of the stuff in uh, for instance, let's say dm or cinnamon if we use a sugar name Willow, I'm gonna cinnamon. I'm gonna use my spooky spooky echo voice on you guys and see if you'll stop doing that Oh, now I'm not going to I'm not going to What was the the voice you're gonna use again? What was you talking about the the the Galadriel voice?

You need to stop sacrificing goats But if you're messing around with stuff you shouldn't be i.e dark magic Well, and I'm gonna probably offend some people I say this but really any magic of any sort I know there's people say they're light magic and working magic I love you all uh, but sometimes that line can get really hazy. I don't leave a magic You know to be honest with you magic It can be very real. It's essentially dangerous because of the forces you're voking to do it Um, but it can be very real. Um, and there's usually price to pay that's way more expensive than any benefit You'd actually get and this is enough material to talk about on a completely different episode Yeah, and so I'm not gonna get too far to the weeds on that I do really want to talk about one other investigation And then I think we'll call the night we did another investigation down in south utakai And uh one of the things I don't talk about Brandy quite a bit one of her abilities and it's been very handy for us She can actually see spirits and photographs whether they actually are there or not for you Right like I could take a picture of a living room and to me It's a picture of the living room, but she could see say oh, there's a male spirit dressed in a t-shirts post and live your living room Whereas I look at the picture.

I see a living room I have a very good friend of mine who's a small child probably about a one-year-old baby to have a nap every night at the exact same time Uh, and he's he works for a vivent Um, so he's got cameras installed all inside his house security cameras And he's looking on security cameras and kept seeing orbs shooting across the room And so he snaps him stuff photographs and sent them to me and said hey look, you know, I know you do this paranormal investor Can you look at these photographs for me? But sure it's I passed him onto Brandy and she said yeah, she goes there's a female spirit in that room that's Wake up that baby So we schedule investigation went down to the home and you know, we talked about being able to feel spirit energy Well in the basement of this home, uh, he had an unfinished basement, but in one background You can really feel a really strong strong presence and so we got out of our tools when you know engaged in some communication Uh, and we figured out that there were two male spirits there Um, anyway, that's me vp's and I'd like to play those as well For everybody because everybody enjoys the EVP's Um So this first one actually there's a female spirit there as well And uh, one of the investigators who's with us she's a brand new investigator She's an investigator in training And she like I told you when I work with mediums, I like to vet em and see how accurate they are and what they know Because you do get some people at ghost hunts who are like I see something over there and you can tell they're crazy Uh This is how time should be sensitive and so I kind of take that for what it's worth Uh, and it's one epm in play you're actually gonna hear the evp then you can hear my investigator who I don't know that she realized she heard this Repeat essentially the same question the spirit asks an evp which I thought was kind of interesting So let's play that one real quick Maybe it is a wife Maybe it is a wife Maybe it is a wife All right, and I should probably mention as we get into these that uh, the only changes I made to these evps Um, the first time three here you hear the evp and the second time three here the evp's louder I did go through a boost, uh the sound on the actual evp, but there's other than that there's no filtering There's nothing I've done to those evps Um, but what did you guys hear because I heard maybe he has a wife Maybe it is a wife and then that's what I heard maybe it is a wife You're an investigator say, you know, basically repeat after I was there Anywhere you were asking questions prior to this of why one of the male spirits may have been upset Correct in fact, I think that's the effect of a did you have a girlfriend? A child, you know, and then that evp comes across maybe he has a wife and you're that investigator say maybe it's a wife Um, you know, and again, she claims to be sensitive and this is the kind of stuff especially when someone claims to be a medium This is the type of evidence I'm looking for Validation validation because the first voice you didn't hear audibly but you're able to pick it up through evp Let's not have a voice on it. Well, the galley actually here in that Sound clip was the only female in the entire house when we did this investigation The homeowner was there with me it was me Two other male investigators and then the scowl I mean, and you guys it obviously sounds like a female voice.

It's kind of a female whisper But yeah, and so I have a question on that how come every time an evp comes through and there's what you guys claim to be a ghost Saying it is not saying it isn't but regardless how come it's always a whisper It's not a whisper. I've actually got some evps that are not whispers How do you know that's not a person in the background? Well, that's a good example. Let's play them real quick Okay, before he says not whisper.

Okay. This evp in play is a house we did up in riverton And this particular investigation will probably get more into it on a podcast some of these podcasts We're gonna do I'm gonna get really specific on some of these investigations get really into the nitty gritties This particular investigation now sets security cameras inside the house and these cameras are pan and tilt cameras that you can remote control the pan Until it's like the computer that has a software and these cameras would actually move on their own The family's seeing dark shapes things of that nature. This is one of those negative entities that I talked about the long those non-human negative entities Anyway, let's listen to evp. We're not really gonna go down the sour No We're not really gonna go down the sour No We're not really gonna go down the sour No So that one you can hear that really deep low don't take away, but again again, it's muffled it almost to me Yeah, it sounds like a voice, but there's a lot of those that I think could be background noises There wasn't anyone there with a voice like that We could hear foot rota was scratching their butt I can't remember running my foot on the ground and making it say words that we need to do a special On sound and sound waves fair enough and how they work because One thing you need to remember is you're expecting a spirit to have their vocal cords work the same way as flesh and blood vocal cords spirits have mass but they're not gonna be as Massy as okay.

I have a answer that I could you can have theory that I could accept I don't know that that's necessarily the truth and castle and I would look at that investigation as residents it was him and me and also the The lady of the house the wife the husband wasn't home yet and she had I think two of her three sons Maybe 12 and 14 or 15 years old there so there were no men You and I didn't have any kind of yeah, we didn't have any colds or anything And yeah, so it's a voice that wasn't there Here's one more I'm gonna play for you. It's kind of very clear. Just give me some background on this one Um, this was actually one of the pod belt one Honsus at the city county building and is interesting because that building was probably the crappiest building in the world for acoustics It's a big marble building and was we're in there I mean you're not far no to echo seriously on the hallway for like an hour and a half from three floors above So you cram 30 or 40 people into this building it was a little raucous to say the least But to be honest with you, I got some incredible evps of that investigation and what was going on in this particular evp I'm gonna play is Randy pea was there and then we had one of the groups investigators or for those who know about a public investigation It's actually a really good way to get involved in ghost investigating As far starting a group and going out and doing this on your own I really really wouldn't recommend it and it's not because I'm trying to discourage people from getting into the field To be honest with you. It's exceptionally stressful.

Um, I know that People have lost their jobs over this people also tells her this to be honest with you and I'm not exaggerating when I say A couple weeks ago, we honestly had a client die. It was an ongoing it was a long deal with him to love the negative spirit And we did everything we could He actually is willing to contact with us. So it's not anything that we did. I remember him too.

He was pretty far gone He was pretty far gone when we started with him But again, somebody who was helping us with the case is religious leader Including me and a little bit later that he passed away and showed me the obituary Um, but it can be stressful because when you're done with those kinds of cases You want to help people and if they're not getting help and a lot of times because they're refusing to help or they're not doing what you ask them to do Um, it's a lot of pressure. It's a lot of stress And we also get also very expensive. I spend quite a bit of money every single month to maintain our website Uh to do investigations cleansing the cleansing we did last night. I spent 30 bucks in the trailer last night Because we don't charge anything for investigations.

I don't know any reputable Uh, it does charge money for their services. Um, but getting back on top of you. He had this uh city county We're gonna play the city county office. I don't mean that.

Are you? It was gang and maker awesome revealing sounds Anyway, uh, so this particular juncture there's uh Brandy p is there and one of the groups, uh, who's the take a holders from uh the chunk investigation Uh me and there's a couple other people there. I know a couple other investigators And so brandy had told us there's a little girl spirit present up on this floor. Um and her name was gracy And so thinking like I do because I am so smart.

I said marty Um, I decided the best thing to do was to get the group together sit on the floor So we're not threatening and basically introduce ourselves to sliver long super get her to interact with us Uh, we caught the cvp now keep in mind with this group the youngest person in our group is probably 18 years old And we want. Oh, sorry You just said there's none in the group younger than 18 years old? Not in this group there wasn't yeah, that's where I was. Okay.

Okay, so there's no small children. So there's no small children Anyway, let's play the c'dp hi grese. My name is gary. This is brandy.

This is heather. This is Amy. And this is five randy people I don't know hi grese, my name is gary. This is brandy.

This is heather. This is amy and this is by brand that people who I don't know Hi greasy. My name is gary. This is brandy.

This is heather. This is amy and this is five brand that people who I don't know Alright, so what do you think of that? Do you really want to know anything? I'm not going to ask you if I didn't think.

And, okay, I go off the possibilities, okay? But here's the fact is, I wasn't there. But, it's such a high-pitched sound wave that could have been someone squeaking on the ground. That could have been a bird flying by, that could have been anything.

Okay, what's at night? There's been a building, so it couldn't have been a bird. It's an owl. And that's not what owls do.

Hey, that kind of sounds like a... It's like a wrist-beater on chicken impressions. I'm not just... And you guys make fun of my fishing reel noise.

I'm not just cluing the possibility. I'm just saying, probably not. He's going to be a believer by the end of this. You know what?

I would love to believe. I think it'd be cool. But, you know, there's too many things that could explain it otherwise. And I didn't even gotten to the stuff that we've actually physically seen.

And we've talked about, uh, lurks us in my people's pockets, throwing us around the room. So I've had my hair pulled in my hat? The place where we're playing on Ticuhefe is the place where I did my first investigation. And the very first EVP that I got was Audible.

I heard it being said, again, was there with me. I do. And we were with about five or six other people. In fact, I said that, because we've broken into two groups.

I said, that has to be the other group. And he said, no, I've got a small child. I know that sounds like a small child. That sounds like a kid's team.

And on playback, you can tell it has kind of that stretched out quality, like in Poltergeist, when Carol Ann was on the other side of the TV, has kind of that sound to it. Like, mommy, I'm over here. And that's what you hear is child saying, mommy, I'm over here. It was actually really interesting because these guys sent me their audio.

And essentially, everybody in our group has their own little special ability, if you will. And I hate these were special abilities that sound so special. But kind of my talent's laying here and stuff. I'm really good at EVPs.

I've heard audible things before. I see dead people every day at work. That doesn't count. And when it comes to hearing EVPs, I'm like, Mrs.

Castle, you have to point it out to me. Anyway, so they sent me this audio and you can hear kind of a little, in their audio, I mean, it was way quieter than that. It wasn't quite in the podcast. But as I went through and amplified it through the audio software use, you heard very distinctly, it was a little boy's voice that says, I'm over here, mommy.

But you also hear in the other ear, you hear these guys saying, did you hear a little kid? I heard a little kid. I guess one of those things we were asking questions and we were trying to get this little child, because we were in the room where the child is mostly seen and we were trying to get him to talk to us. And having small children myself, it's one of those things that I just kind of, you don't even think about, because I've got kids chattering all the time.

And then after a couple of seconds, I was like, no, wait a minute. I think the youngest person here is 21. And you don't see me, but I'm counting in the air people that were there. And that's when we start questioning the way of a minute.

Did you just hear kids? No, I think it was in the group. No, it was children. Most EVPs, they aren't audible.

You hear them on playback. This one was audible. I heard it. I was sitting at the table with everyone else and I heard it about 20 feet to my right.

I audibly heard it. And then you can also hear it on the recording as well. And it's not terribly uncommon to actually hear stuff. I was with Ben Hansen at the location of the pot goblins and the GIS.

I investigated one of the kind of secret locations they don't share with many people. I was with Ben Hansen and a small group of people and we heard the word mom is mom. And three or four people go, I just think I heard some of the same mom. And we play back audio on two or three different recorders.

And I'll be darned if you didn't hear the word mom on the other recorder. And again, being a group is younger than 18. It's a younger voice saying it. Like that same location.

I was with two other best editors and got an audible screen. Very clearly audible screen. And I'll play that on another podcast because I think we're starting to rumble it long. But anyway, so that's kind of where we're at.

Do you want to ask any of these? Ask? No. I think we should have a special on EVPs.

I think that's great. I think we've got quite a few EVPs. In fact, I actually posted a bunch of new ones probably about a week ago on our website. I've been able to admit I've slacked.

I hadn't posted anything since the weekend. The website addresses WISP.org. WISP.org. Thank you.

And I've actually only posted about half of what I've got. I kind of stayed there half because I didn't want to do a whole bunch of ones. I want to spread them out so that I wasn't overwhelming people with too many EVPs. But by the time this podcast airs, I'll try and have the additional EVPs up of what we've got.

On top of that, I've got probably another six hours of audio to go through from recent investigations that we've done. So keep checking back for those EVPs. There's photos of many of these investigations. There's Spirit Photos on the WISP.org website.

I'm going to talk to you guys here. I hope you guys enjoyed the podcast. It's our first time doing this. We're a little rough.

We apologize. There'll be a lot of great information we'll have to share in the future. A lot of topics. I think it'll be really interesting.

Maybe I should share some of my hobbies, like posting pictures of spiders to GAN and just the Dragon Slayer. We'll collect new books and things. We have to talk about my creepy picture that I'm not. You know what?

We're getting ready to wrap it up. We should talk about your creepy picture now. Because it's here. It's staring at me.

So let me give you some background on this picture. A long time ago, we did my bathroom when I did an Oriental theme and I sat down on the internet. I found a print that I quite liked. I came and I got it matted and framed very nicely.

The woman has toes longer than my fingers. It creeps Gary out because he thinks she's got really long toes. So anyway, I'm redoing the bathroom because the Oriental theme is tired. We're going to do something else.

And so I took it down and I, being the loving big sister that I am, and took a picture of it, tagged Castle on Facebook. And that's what he said. So there you go. I don't get it.

He's creeped out by the lady. He's creeped out by the lady. Look at that. She's got long toes.

She's got a piece of ghosts in the background. He's creeped out by whatever they're doing. To bring a picture that I was hoping there's the painting from Ghostbusters II, where the guy comes out. No, just the long toes.

That's all. That's it. The Lexix is long, dude. I'll have Castle put a picture of it on the Facebook.

Anti-climatic. Or on the website. Look at it. It's not that.

They are very long toes. It's kind of a nice picture. She's not. Yellow Fever going on there.

It's a picture of the gaseous in next to a tiger with some Chinese characters in the corner. But imagine these six long toes. Gary, if you are in a beastiality, there is a tiger in there. Wow.

That's what we like. Thank you for tuning in. We appreciate it. Again, check back.

We're going to do these every other week. We'll be back in two weeks. Next week, I had one of the little things we were hoping to talk about tonight was an experience that Castle and I had at our great-ance house. I'd like to talk about that next week.

We've got involved in this stuff. We've actually got a couple good stories involving that. But we'll do that next time. We'll do that next time.

So this is Castle signing off. Have a good weekend. See ya. Good night.

Bye. Don't let the ghosts bite. We'll do the wisps. Wasatch investigative studies for paranormal science.

They're grown-ass adults that like to sit in the dark and talk to each other. But they all love their moms, so that should account for something.
